I am in court tomorrow with David O'Reilly, we stand accused of video taping a Patient in their sick bed at NUIG, they put that in nationally syndicated media while denying us access to the exculpatory evidence on my own phone, they stigmatized us with a lie and it is still held as true by the courts, the media and misguided public opinion. Such abuse of public opinion is a Grave offence to the constitution
(article 40.6.1i). Myself and David will be at Galway district court from 10 am. This is the states last opportunity to hear the case before both myself and David are automatically entitled to compensation for excessive length of proceedings. In other words the state has kept their lie held true for as long as they legally can while hiding exculpatory evidence from the defence the public and the courts. This was done to demean and stigmatize us and others opposed to proven unfounded and wreckless anti health policies.
