The Irish could now be imprisoned for up to 5 years by their government for saying something that could be interpreted as "hate speech" but only when it's directed against someone with a "protected characteristic" (so no protection for the indigenous White Irish). The language is so absurd and vague and it will be abused by the politically motivated "justice system" that - due to the language - will have a broad way to interpret this law. Don't let the deceiving headline that include the line "provision to protect freedom of expression" fool you. This will only swing one way.

Just listen to this: "The new legislation will criminalise any intentional or reckless communication or behaviour that is likely to incite violence or hatred against a person or persons because they are associated with a protected characteristic."

This law is designed to do ONE THING: shut down the native Irish that protest the corrupt elite criminals handing over their nation to foreigners.
