A cantora Pink compartilhou um vídeo ontem (7) com seus 12 milhões de seguidores no Instagram em que se manifesta contra a apresentação anti-Israel do rapper Macklemore na abertura do show do Ed Sheeran, em Londres.

O vídeo apresenta um trecho da apresentação de Macklemore e, abaixo, a legenda: “Horrível. Fãs judeus compraram ingressos para ver Ed Sheeran cantar ontem à noite em Nova Jersey, não para serem surpreendidos pela propaganda anti-Israel de Macklemore.”, diz Pink.

“Em vez disso, Macklemore subiu ao palco com um keffiyeh (lenço palestino), gritou ‘Palestina Livre’, acusou Israel de um falso ‘genocídio’ e transformou um evento popular em um pesadelo político contra o Estado judeu. Isso é inaceitável.”

Em 2014, Macklemore já havia aparecido em público usando um traje, com um enorme nariz protético, que foi amplamente interpretado como uma caricatura antissemita de um judeu, durante uma apresentação em Seattle (EUA).

Em meio a tantos artistas que preferem se silenciar ou apoiar o ódio contra os judeus hoje em dia, Pink mostrou coragem ao optar por expor a luz e a verdade.

This is a sad day in the history of British foreign policy. StandWithUs deplores and condemns the announcement of trade sanctions targeting Israeli communities in the West Bank/Judea & Samaria and eastern Jerusalem.

It is an unjust, discriminatory and counterproductive measure that risks damaging prospects for peace rather than advancing them. Measures of this kind place pressure overwhelmingly on one side of a deeply complex conflict while doing nothing to address Palestinian incitement, terrorism, or rejectionism.

The UK government has framed this action as a response to Israeli plans to build in E1 and extremist violence in the region. While such violence is unacceptable and widely condemned in Israel, the UK government gives a free pass to Palestinian extremists who commit far more attacks in the region.

Sanctions will damage critical relations with a vital British ally while doing nothing meaningful to advance peace. As Israeli President Isaac Herzog has said: “Sanctions are not a solution. Dialogue is.”

These sanctions also risk punishing thousands of Palestinians employed in Israeli-run businesses alongside their Jewish Israeli neighbours.

Singling out the world’s only Jewish state for exceptional measures raises serious questions of consistency and proportionality.

This policy will not have any positive benefits for Palestinians, Israelis, or Brits. Sanctions on a democratic ally fighting for its survival do not advance peace. They reward extremism, harm the very people they claim to protect, and risk deepening division.

A quinta temporada de “Fauda” estreia globalmente na Netflix nesta terça-feira (8), com 11 episódios e uma nova missão de alto risco liderada por Doron, personagem interpretado por Lior Raz.

Criada por Avi Issacharoff e Lior Raz, a série israelense conquistou reconhecimento mundial ao retratar a rotina de uma unidade antiterrorismo israelense e o impacto psicológico do conflito sobre agentes e civis.

A nova temporada se passa principalmente em 2025, dois anos após os ataques de 7 de outubro de 2023 em Israel, e inclui episódios que abordam diretamente aquele dia. O roteiro também foi reescrito para refletir o novo contexto geopolítico após o massacre cometido pelo Hamas.

On Sunday morning, September 6, the Iranian regime hanged Erfan Mirzaei - a young rapper who dared to sing of freedom - in Dastgerd Prison in Isfahan. His family received no warning. No final goodbye.

His crime? Taking part in the January protests against a regime that has spent decades silencing anyone who dares to dream of something better.

The Iranian regime is not just murdering its opponents. It is doing so in secret, under a complete news blackout, while the world looks the other way.
