"What the US is asking for regarding stopping the payment of salaries to (i.e., terrorist) prisoners… we, as Palestinians, do not accept... We did not stop the payment of salaries… We, the Palestinian leadership, are holding discussions. It is very exhausting for us, here in the Gaza Strip, because there are Martyrs, wounded, and prisoners, and their number is large. The discussion always revolves around the method of paying the salaries. Sometimes there is something called power of attorney, where a person from Gaza authorizes a person from the West Bank to receive his salary from the institutions… and then the salary is transferred. It is a complicated matter [making] the salaries reach the families of the Martyrs, the wounded, and the prisoners, and sometimes the salaries do not arrive… This whole matter was determined by the US and Israel so that the salaries would not reach our Martyrs – the families of our Martyrs – our wounded and our prisoners. The situation is really difficult."

A Alemanha vai introduzir livros didáticos oficiais sobre o judaísmo nas escolas como parte do currículo do país, em uma iniciativa destinada a estudantes judeus e não judeus. A nova série, chamada “Conhecimento das Gerações”, será voltada a alunos de 10 a 16 anos e terá seu primeiro volume dedicado à Torá. A previsão é que o material chegue às salas de aula neste ano letivo.

Além do primeiro volume, estão previstos outros sete livros, que abordarão diferentes aspectos da tradição e da história judaica. Entre os temas estão a Bíblia Hebraica, a oração, a ética judaica, a lei judaica, as festividades e a história do povo judeu. A série foi desenvolvida por meio de uma parceria entre o Conselho Central dos Judeus na Alemanha e a editora Ernst Klett. Uma iniciativa importante para as novas gerações.

A iniciativa ganha um significado ainda maior diante do passado da Alemanha na Segunda Guerra Mundial, como uma reparação histórica, especialmente diante do atual cenário de antissemitismo no país.

Segundo o relatório anual do Bundesverband RIAS (entidade alemã que documenta casos antissemitas), publicado em junho de 2026, houve 8.725 incidentes em território alemão só em 2025, mantendo o número de ocorrências em patamar elevado desde o ataque de 7 de outubro de 2023.

Nesse contexto, ampliar o conhecimento sobre a história, a cultura e a tradição judaicas entre as novas gerações se torna indispensável.

Sanctions on Israel do not advance peace. They reward extremism, harm Palestinian workers who depend on cross-border employment, and send a dangerous signal that economic pressure on democracies under attack is acceptable.

Bipin Joshi, you will never be forgotten. 🕯️

Bipin was a Nepali agricultural student who was kidnapped alive from Kibbutz Alumim in southern Israel during the October 7, 2023, Hamas massacre and murdered in captivity in Gaza.

In October 2025, he was finally returned to Israel before being transported to Nepal for a proper funeral.

We Stand With Shalev. 🇮🇱🤍

Shalev Biton lost his leg defending Israel near the Gaza border. He then dedicated himself to inspiring young amputees - traveling the world to train kids, coaching them, lifting them up. The photo you see here was taken at a junior amputee football camp in Romania, where Shalev volunteered his time to train and inspire young amputee children - kids who face the same challenges he does every day.

Adidas featured him in their inclusive single-shoe campaign - exactly what the campaign was designed for. Then anti-Israel activists called for a boycott. And Adidas caved.

Shalev is a veteran, an athlete, an inspiration to disabled children around the world - who did absolutely nothing wrong. The only thing Adidas should be apologizing for is apologizing.

Shalev isn't backing down - and his words say it all:

A cantora Pink compartilhou um vídeo ontem (7) com seus 12 milhões de seguidores no Instagram em que se manifesta contra a apresentação anti-Israel do rapper Macklemore na abertura do show do Ed Sheeran, em Londres.

O vídeo apresenta um trecho da apresentação de Macklemore e, abaixo, a legenda: “Horrível. Fãs judeus compraram ingressos para ver Ed Sheeran cantar ontem à noite em Nova Jersey, não para serem surpreendidos pela propaganda anti-Israel de Macklemore.”, diz Pink.

“Em vez disso, Macklemore subiu ao palco com um keffiyeh (lenço palestino), gritou ‘Palestina Livre’, acusou Israel de um falso ‘genocídio’ e transformou um evento popular em um pesadelo político contra o Estado judeu. Isso é inaceitável.”

Em 2014, Macklemore já havia aparecido em público usando um traje, com um enorme nariz protético, que foi amplamente interpretado como uma caricatura antissemita de um judeu, durante uma apresentação em Seattle (EUA).

Em meio a tantos artistas que preferem se silenciar ou apoiar o ódio contra os judeus hoje em dia, Pink mostrou coragem ao optar por expor a luz e a verdade.
