StandWithUs applauds Israeli actress Swell Ariel Or for her mission that focuses on authentic storytelling and meaningful narratives that accurately represent the Jewish people. She champions Israeli women, evidenced by her role in the Netflix series "The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem" and the upcoming film “Tankistas.” Based on a true story, Swell portrays an Israeli Defense Forces unit captain leading the first all-female tank crew during the deadly Oct. 7 Hamas attacks. Roz Rothstein, StandWithUs CEO calls Swell an "important voice for a new generation at a time when too many Jews feel pressure to hide their identity, soften their connection to Israel, or remain silent in the face of antisemitism. Swell is standing tall and using her platform to tell the diverse stories of the Jewish people while encouraging others to do so."

🚨Since the October 2025 ceasefire, Hamas has been torturing and interrogating Gaza's own civilians in a desperate attempt to reassert control, the IDF and Shin Bet have revealed.

The terror organization is not sparing Palestinian women or children, and continues to use civilian facilities including hospitals, schools, and mosques for military purposes.

Six years ago today, on August 13, 2020, the world witnessed history.

Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States announced a groundbreaking normalization agreement that would pave the way for the Abraham Accords. On September 15, 2020, Israel, the UAE, and Bahrain formally signed the Accords at the White House — marking the first Arab-Israeli peace agreements in more than 25 years. Morocco soon followed.

And the circle of peace continues to grow. In November 2025, Kazakhstan officially joined the Abraham Accords framework, becoming the first Muslim-majority post-Soviet country to do so, while other Muslim-majority post-Soviet countries have ties with Israel, though not through the Abraham Accords.

The Abraham Accords proved otherwise. Six years later, the Accords continue to remind the world of what is possible when nations choose peace, cooperation, and a better future. 🇰🇿🇲🇦🇮🇱🇧🇭🇦🇪

Absolutely unacceptable: Palestinian Islamic Jihad is not even hiding its exploitation of children for terrorism in Gaza, a war crime. The 15-, 16-, and 17-year-olds shown here were recruited into terrorism and ultimately killed.

Children should never be indoctrinated with hatred or recruited by terrorist organizations.

Where is the world’s outrage?

RT @Aizenberg55: 🧵Amnesty's Gaza "genocide" report collapses. @amnesty relies on 15 airstrike cases as evidence Israel targeted ONLY civilians, claiming each had no "military objective." But FIVE are now confirmed to have targeted Hamas or PIJ commanders. The "evidence" is fake. Details: 1/ https://t.co/mrJVCEtOcE

No entanto, ainda existem grandes obstáculos a serem superados.

Via: The Jerusalem Post.

August 13th marks exactly six years since the historic Abraham Accords peace deal was announced between Israel and the UAE prior to the normalization agreement's signing in September.
On that day, Tel Aviv's Municipality was lit up with the UAE flag to mark this special occasion.
May peace between the two countries continue to prosper! 🇦🇪🕊️🇮🇱

Israel came second at Eurovision two years in a row. Now the European Broadcasting Union has changed the rules - and the timing is hard to ignore.

New regulations published Wednesday state that countries involved in "armed conflict" or a "sensitive geopolitical situation" will not be eligible to host Eurovision even if they win. The rule comes after Israel's Noam Bettan finished second at this year's contest in Vienna, and Yuval Raphael came second the year before - with both results alarming many viewers who didn't want Israel hosting the competition.

Previously, the contest winner automatically hosted the following year - Ukraine being the only exception, when the UK hosted in its place due to the ongoing war. The EBU can still grant Israel hosting rights if it determines that "safety, security and smooth operational delivery can reasonably be guaranteed" - but the message is clear. Israel wins hearts across Europe. European regulators keep moving the goalposts. The timing is hard to ignore. 🇮🇱🎤
