Did You Know?
The Lat Masjid in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, stands on the ruins of a grand 10th-century Hindu temple built during Raja Bhoja’s rule. Once adorned with mandapas, sanctums, and intricate carvings, it was later destroyed during Alauddin Khilji’s invasion.

Temple fragments were reused to build a mosque, but the massive Iron Lat (pillar)—a marvel of ancient metallurgy—remained untouched.

Sanskrit inscriptions, broken idols, and temple carvings still whisper the story of its sacred past.

Beneath the outer layer of this structure lies sacred memory — not just architecture but ancestral sanctity etched in stone.

What you see is not erasure, but a buried truth — of a Hindu temple transformed, its carvings still crying out from behind the plaster.

Restoring truth is not erasing history. It is reclaiming it with dignity.
This is not just about stones. It's about justice to our dharmic past.

🔴 As recorded in Maasir-i-Alamgiri

In 1670, Aurangzeb ordered the demolition of the Kesava Deo Mandir in Mathura. (Krishna Janmabhoommi)
A mosque today called as Shahi Idgah—was built over its ruins.
The murtis were taken to Agra and buried under a mosque stairway so they'd be trampled daily.

The Dargah of Bibi Kamalo in Gaya, Bihar stands where a sacred Hindu temple once echoed with bells and chants. The architecture has changed—but the soul of the site remembers.
Will we? #ReclaimTemples

The work of sacred kitchen of Cholakkara Durga temple in Malappuram has started. Offerings for Goddess Durga will be prepared here. The heavy monsoons are slowing down the work, however we hope to complete in two months.

Thanks for supporting. We are also planning to undertake boundary wall construction to secure the temple, now only base of boundary wall is done.

When worship was treated like a crime
The Martand Sun Temple in Kashmir - built with devotion, targeted with hate.
Sikandar Butshikan tried to demolish it for two full years...
and still, its pillars stand — silently telling the tale.

This ancient witness asks us today: Will we rise to reclaim what still remains?

We have done whatever is legally possible on the civil and criminal cases filed by Jihadis to prevent restoration of this ancient temple.

The safest way is to wait till court cases are over, however we have decided not to wait.
This is a difficult project where we try to undo damages inflicted 250 years back during Tipu invasion and 100 years back during Moplah riots. The temple is also under a blockade.

Is anybody interested in recovering the Hindu Deities that were buried under the stairs of Masjids by Islamic invaders?

No civilization can survive, if they abandon their Gods.

Most of the misfortunes affecting individuals arise from bad karma. And the effects of bad karma can be shielded or alleviated through the grace of the Divine.

There are many ways to do this. Either undertake individual worship of the Deity, or appease the Deity through a Priest or Guru, or worship the Deity at His abode which is a temple.

The third is what we are focusing on. The Deities in temples helps alleviate the sorrows of men and women, help them lead a good life in this world.

For this it is important to ensure that proper worship happens at all temples, following authentic rituals and use of proper mantra. Once a temple follows these authentic rituals, the strength of the Deity increases manifold, and the devotees will feel the results in the pujas offered.

Our objective is to ensure that proper rituals are followed at all the temples we are restoring and that the positive effects are felt by devotees praying there.

Thanks to all for supporting.

Bhojshala — not just a monument, but a silenced cry of our forgotten past.
Once a seat of Saraswati, now contested ground.
Centuries have passed, but the question remains — why must our heritage be negotiated?
History isn't just about what is preserved, it's also about what was taken.
Will we reclaim the voice of Bhojshala or let it fade into whispers?

Is there any good location in Delhi/NCR where a new temple can be consecrated for Goddess Varahi.

Indraprastha is badly in need of the Great Goddess. Can a temple be consecrated for Her?

Jama Masjid, Agra — built in 1648 CE using ruins of destroyed temples.
Lotus motifs, reused sandstone, temple-style layout, & erased Sanskrit inscriptions reveal its buried past.
Not just a mosque — a temple's soul trapped within.
* Temple remnants reused
* Sanskrit traces erased
* Temple-style layout preserved

It's time we reclaim the narrative.

Built between the 10th and 13th centuries CE by the Katyuri dynasty, these beautiful stone temples reflect the grace of Gurjara-Pratihara architecture, with their delicate carvings and towering shikharas that once echoed with mantras and devotion.

But today, these shrines stand quiet. Weathered by time. Largely unrestored. Overlooked.

And yet, they endure a part of our sacred history, still standing with pride, waiting to be remembered.

🙏 Why should we care?
Because every carved stone here holds the breath of our ancestors. Every fallen pillar speaks of a temple once vibrant with life. And every shrine we reclaim is a step closer to reclaiming our roots.

This Guru Purnima, let us not just celebrate a ritual, but honour the source of every awakening, every turning point, every step on the dharmic path.

From Shiva to the Saptarishis, the Guru-Shishya tradition shaped civilization itself.
Your Guru may be a master, a parent, a saint, or even life itself — but if they led you from darkness to light, they are your Guru.

Media is too big

जहाँ एक सदी तक जिहादियों ने पुनर्निर्माण को रोका, वहीं आज उग्रनरसिंह चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट के प्रयास से देवी का मंदिर फिर से जीवंत हो रहा है।

Fake complaints, legal battles, and physical blockades — everything was thrown in the way.

लेकिन जब आस्था जागती है, तो असत्य स्वयं पीछे हटता है।

Now, the temple ceiling is being built entirely out of wood, and work on the kitchen and boundary wall has also begun.

यह सिर्फ पत्थरों का ढांचा नहीं, धर्म की पुनर्स्थापना है।

Support this sacred revival — contribute at least ₹101 to be a part of this dharmic movement.

Our focus is always to strengthen the spiritual strength and energy of our great civilisation and land. So beyond the restoration of temples lies the more difficult stage of increasing the strength of the Divine at each temple.

This is important, for the devotees to benefit from the grace of the Deity when they offer any puja. This we achieve through ensuring authentic rituals and purity of worship, organising various spiritual events and homams.

Towards this we are observing 17 Jul-16 Aug 2025 as Ramayana month at seven ancient temples in Kerala.

For details, please visit unct.be/ramayana

Thanks to all for the wonderful support.

Beneath these walls lies a desecrated temple.
Dakhil Darwaza, Malda — once a Hindu place of worship, now a gateway of silence built atop ruins.
A symbol of erasure. A call for remembrance.
Let us reclaim what was ours.
