A citizens petition was submitted to the Epsom school board at the last meeting to request a meeting for a public vote on masks. DOUBLE the required signatures were obtained. However, the school board chair has not scheduled the meeting TWO WEEKS LATER. The board is instead consulting their attorney and discussing the petition at the October 5 meeting.

This board is completely disregarding the citizens. If they get away with this, it may set a precedent for other tyrannical school boards. Also note that they are now mandating masks at this public meeting!

Even if you don't live in Epsom, consider attending to support the parents/citizens.

Last night was a good night. Jenna [Hardy] did not show up. That action by itself yells out that she was wrong for posting. Secondly and more importantly, a School Board Member stated that she intended to make a motion at the next board meeting to back out of the contract with 2 Revolution. A huge win.

The Biden regime's Department of "Justice" is now targeting parents pushing back on their local school boards. Of course, it is at the behest of the National School Boards Association (why does such a thing even exist?) begging for federal intervention (calling organized parents "extremist hate organizations showing up at school board meetings"). And of course, the federal government has NO JURISDICTION in this regard – not only is education NOT a power delegated to the federal government in the US Constitution, but also any real threats would be handled by local police departments. How many times will this man weaponize the federal government against its own citizens?

BREAKING: Rep. Ken Weyler has resigned his position as chairman of the House Finance Committee. His resignation from the committee also means he is no longer chair of the Fiscal Committee. Rep. Karen Umberger, R-Kearsarge, has replaced him.

This likely changes the dynamics of the Fiscal Committee, which will be considering that $27 million DHHS grant that signs away our state soveriegnty (not to mention sets up a YUGE slush fund for the state HHS bureaucracy).

Some good news: Please review these oral arguments in the N.H. Supreme Court in the case of Mary Rivard, our beloved hair stylist who is still fighting against Gov. Sununu's emergency powers. Attorney Robert Fojo does a great job arguing that the statutory requirement for an affirmative vote of the Legislature to end the state of emergency is unconstitutional. It would be wonderful if Robert were to win this case for Mary, which would be our preference, striking down the whole emergency powers statute. Our heartfelt prayers and condolences go out to this family who lost a husband and father to gestapo-like medical tyranny at the hands of people who are supposed to help.
