March for Medical Freedom – Oct 2 @ 12pm-3pm
Meet at the State Library, march to the State House (1/2 mi)

More details >> hfnh.org/oct2

Peacefully demonstrate against medical mandates and coercion. No one should have to choose between a jab and a job.

#jointheresistance @reopennh @healthfreedomnh
Ok guys... Time for a social media strike team. We need to push our fellow citizens to get active, and tomorrow's March is a good first step. Please share on every social network you're on and send an email to every NH resident in your contact list. You can copy and paste the details above, or post the telegram direct message link.

Here's the official HFNH Facebook event, if you want to share it:
https://m.facebook.com/events/1234665767050124

And remember to share this with EVERYONE. Don't hold back on your contact list because of someone's ideology or party affiliation. Freedom at some point in time transcends both, and you never know where people are. There's a point in time when the alarming authoritarianism wakes people up, so make sure you are sharing opportunities and messages with all.
Our Letter to the Executive Council
Last night, the @reopennh executive board sent a letter to the executive councilors regarding the DHHS grants that are still on the table. (The same grants we protested outside St. A's on Wednesday.) Here's the text of the letter:

Dear Councilors:

We are writing as the executive board of RebuildNH to urge your rejection of the combined $27 million in grants for the purpose of propaganda and implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination system and the vaccination registry. Accepting these funds would force New Hampshire to comply with the following untenable requirements as stated in the contract:

-“Comply with existing and/or future directives and guidance from the Secretary regarding control of the spread of Covid-19,”
-“In consultation and coordination with HHS, provide commensurate with the condition of the individual COVID-19 patient care regardless of the individual’s home jurisdiction and/or appropriate public health measures (e.g., social distancing, home isolation); and,”
-“Assist the U.S. Government in the implementation and enforcement of federal orders related to quarantine and isolation.”
-“Further, consistent with the full scope of applicable grant regulations … the recipient is expected to provide to CDC copies of and/or access to COVID-19 data collected with these funds, including but not limited to data related to COVID-19 testing. CDC will specify in further guidance and directives what is encompassed by this requirement.”

According to the very clear language in these terms, any reasonable person can see that accepting this money cedes Constitutional state authority to the U.S. Health and Human Services Department. Not only that, the terms of this contract violate Part 1, Article 2B of the N.H. Constitution, which protects the privacy rights of N.H. residents, including their private medical information.

It is critical for you to understand that New Hampshire cannot commit to a contract in which the state will not keep the terms and conditions and violates the state’s own state Constitution. If there are contracts in force that already commit us to these terms and we have no intention of abiding by them and in fact have already broken them, we must reverse course. Anything less is dishonest, fraudulent, and unlawful.

While we understand that other states may have accepted this contract, it is important to note that we do not have to be like other states. Our autonomy is important, and our freedom is critical. Our state is in a great position to set an example of how a hands-off government creates better outcomes for free adults who make their own informed choices.

We expected you to vote these items down at your meeting on Sept. 29, and were disappointed that you did not have that opportunity. We insist that you vote these grants down at your next meeting without hesitation.

Sincerely,

Andrew J. Manuse, chairman
Melissa Blasek, executive director
JR Hoell, secretary/treasurer
Carolyn McKinney, grassroots coordinator
Leah Cushman, board member
Thomas McLeod, board member
More evidence is in that ivermectin works. And more evidence that the government bureaucrats who have single-mindedly pushed the vaccine and actively suppressed effective treatments (not to mention threatened doctors) are actually criminals. Hundreds of thousands of Americans have died at the hands of government corruption and crony capitalism. It must end.

NOTE ABOUT THE MARCH TOMORROW
It has come to our attention that Democrat and leftist leaders in NH are holding a "Women's March" tomorrow morning (before our March for Medical Freedom) at the State House.

I post this so you are aware of the possibility that counter protestors will be at the March. We want to reiterate that all @reopennh citizen action is PEACEFUL, including our participation in this March. Be on guard for anyone acting otherwise, and if you see any issues, please notify one of the marshals who will be on site during the event (they will be wearing bright security vests).

Since our very first protests in 2020, we have loudly and forcefully, yet peacefully, advocated for our liberty. We expect everyone in attendance will act in a way that maintains this reputation. Peaceful, persistent action will grow our movement and change hearts and minds.

Thank you, and see you tomorrow! #nhrising

NEW - There is no discernable relationship between percentage of population fully vaccinated and new COVID-19 cases, a new study finds.

"In fact, the trend line suggests a marginally positive association such that countries with higher percentage of population fully vaccinated have higher COVID-19 cases per 1 million people."

DHHS Rulemaking re: Vaccine registry – CANCELLED
We were just informed that the rules that DHHS were seeking to implement regarding the vaccine registry (original call to action here: https://t.me/ReopenNH/644) have been cancelled. "The Department is not moving forward with this matter at this time," according to administrator Allyson Zinno. No future action needed here, unless they try to resurrect later (and we will be watching). Well done, patriots!

UPDATE: This is DIFFERENT from the $27 million federal grant to DHHS. That issue is still pending in both Executive Committee and legislative fiscal committee. We should have an action item on that TOMORROW, as we will be making another push until the next EC meeting. We're all volunteers, so we get things done when we can, around our jobs and families. So please be patient. 😀
‼️ REMINDER – MERRIMACK PATRIOTS!

The "reasonable" people are trying to organize against all you "loud, angry" people who won't stand for systemic abuse of children.

👉 Time to SHOW UP and show Ms. Hardy how angry you really are.

Merrimack Schoolboard Meeting SAU26
When: Monday 4 October 2021
Time: 7 P.M.
Where: Matthew Thornton Room
Merrimack, NH 03054

Also, maybe contact Ms. Hardy and let her know what you think of her disdain for the people she purports to represent as a school board member. She seems to need a lesson in the ACTUAL science about children, COVID, and mask wearing, too.

WRITING HELP – Religious Exemption letters
Is anyone interested in creating a team to help people with writing of exemption letters? While they are still accepted they are a method to buy people time. I have drafted for college students. I have to expand to employment letters. I would love some help so that we could create a resource for people who are having difficulty drafting letters.
