Page 17: To accept Covid funds states [the recipient] …agrees, as applicable to the award, to: 1) comply with existing and/or future directives and guidance from the Secretary regarding control of the spreadof COVID-19; 2) in consultation and coordination with HHS, provide, commensurate with the condition of the individual, COVID-19 patient care regardless of the individual's home jurisdiction and/or appropriate public health measures (e.g., social distancing, home isolation); and 3) assist the United States Government in the implementation and enforcement of federal orders related to quarantine and isolation.

So if we take the funds and the Secretary says we have to enact a door to door vaccine push, we have to. If the Secretary says unvaccinated need to be put in "quarantine" camps, we have to.

DHHS update: I'm hearing conflicting reports of what happened, which is why I haven't posted an update before. We are working on confirmation with one of the committee members. Will post an update as soon as we are sure of the outcome.

Another update from Rep. Edwards on today's fiscal committee meeting re: DHHS federal grants. We need to keep up the pressure on the fiscal committee and EC since it was tabled in both places. Action items will be issued when it is time!

We just learned that adoption agencies are announcing that their new policy for all waiting families (both foster or adoption) is that they must submit to the COVID jab. This will limit the number of quality loving homes for children in need and be one more hoop for families to jump through to adopt or foster. This is ABSOLUTELY WRONG.

Aaaand... we learned that Rep. Marsh, the man who defected from the Republican party because he thinks protecting bodily autonomy is "extremist," has submitted an LSR to mandate COVID vaxx for SCHOOL CHILDREN. This is DANGEROUS, ABUSIVE, and IMMORAL.

(1) Children are at ZERO risk of COVID, so no vaccine could LOWER their risk. Therefore, it is IMMORAL to administer.

(2) There are ZERO approved vaccines for children under 16. And if that approval comes through, it will be DESPITE the data that demonstrates a roughly 3x GREATER risk of serious heart damage than risk of being hospitalized from COVID.

(3) The jab has ZERO long-term safety data. There is insufficient evidence to mandate this for ANY CITIZEN, but especially our children.

(4) Children are NOT vectors for COVID. How can a vaccine – that does not prevent transmission – reduce spread among a demographic that RARELY SPREADS IT?
