If the total supply of SOUL in BEP8 is limited to 1million, what if all tokens are withdrawn to BEP8 and
100 soul in ERC20 = 1 BEP8, the supply won't be exceeded?
It's still withdrawn less than 5% of 1 million if so we buy back it to withdraw.
ERC20 and BEP8 is temporary decision and should be removed after blockchain launch.
