THERAPEUTIC BREATHING
Today I want to tell you about the breathing method of the famous Soviet scientist and physiologist Konstantin Pavlovich Buteyko!
The method is as follows:π
Inhale for 2 seconds, exhale for 3 seconds. Hold your breath for 3 seconds.
That means: inhale for 2 seconds (1...2...), then exhale for 3 seconds (1...2...3...). Then hold your breath for 3 seconds.
And so on for 15 minutes a day.
What do we get as a result?
β The blood is saturated with carbon dioxide;
β blood vessels are cleaned;
β the heart muscle is relaxed;
β the lungs are cleansed;
β calms the nervous system.
β insomnia disappears (I like to do it before bed)

What Socrates said about democracy more than 2000 years ago.
He said that democracy must fall because it will try to tailor to everyone.
The poor will want the wealth of the rich, and democracy will give it to them.
Young people will want to be respected as elderly and democracy will give it to them.
Women will want to be like men and democracy will give it to them
Foreigners will want the rights of the natives and democracy will give it to them.
Thieves and fraudsters will want important government functions, and democracy will give it to them.
And at that time, when thieves and fraudsters finally democratically take authority because criminals and evil doers want power, there will be worse dictatorship than in the time of any monarchy or oligarchy.
Socrates (470-399 b.c.)

Hitler arrested The Rothschilds in Germany in 1933, Austria in 1938, and France in 1940, and seized their assets.
By taking Germany out of the Rothschild owned banking system he transformed Germany into a superpower.
The Rothschild family had attempted to infiltrate America through its banking system from the day, America was formed. They were blocked by President Andrew Jackson, but ultimately were able to gain control through the passing of the federal reserve act in 1913.

The ancient library of Tibet contains 84,000 manuscripts, including more than 1,000 years of human history. It is 60 meters long and 10 meters high. Allegedly, only about 5% of the manuscripts in the library have been translated, and 0.6% have been made public.
And now imagine what kind of knowledge could be stored there!

A great woman erased from history by idiots.
The branding of the syrup was a tribute to this womanβs gifts and talents. Now future generations will not even know this beautiful woman existed. What a shame.
The world knew her as βAunt Jemimaβ, but her given name was Nancy Green and she was a true American success story. She was born a slave in 1834 Montgomery County, KY. and became a wealthy superstar in the advertising world, as its first living trademark.
Green was 56 years old when she was selected as spokesperson for a new ready-mixed, self-rising pancake flour and made her debut in 1893 at a fair and exposition in Chicago.
She demonstrated the pancake mix served thousands of pancakes, and became an immediate star. She was a good storyteller, her personality was warm and appealing, and her showmanship was exceptional.
Her exhibition booth drew so many people that special security personnel were assigned to keep the crowds moving. Nancy Green was signed to a lifetime contract, traveled on promotional tours all over the country, and was extremely well paid.
Her financial freedom and stature as a national spokesperson enabled her to become a leading advocate against poverty and in favor of equal rights for all Americans. She maintained her job until she died in 1923, at age 89. This was a remarkable woman, and sadly she has been ERASED by politics.
I wanted you to know and remind you in this cancel culture period.

In 1930, the Indiana Bell building was rotated 90 degrees over the course of a month.
The 22-million-pound structure was moved 15 inches per hour, all while 600 employees continued working inside. There was no interruption to gas, heat, electricity, water, sewage, or even the telephone service they provided.
Amazingly, no one inside felt it move.
