The Ukrainian military published video showing the launch of four Flamingo cruise missiles used during the night and morning of 13 November. One of them was shot down by Russian air defenses over Oryol this morning — the others hit their targets.

According to the General Staff, the strikes hit multiple sites in Crimea and the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia: an oil depot, drone storage and preparation facilities, a helicopter parking area, and air-defense positions. Some of the missiles and drones also targeted sites inside Russia — the damage is still being assessed.
