you can tell from just regular twitter threads now that our side has really gotten the rhetoric down well. the minute a normie starts trying to argue the bluepilled side of "13 do 50" you just see them get obliterated. it's like watching messi play 1 vs 11 against a team of fourth graders and he's just dribbling around everything, toying with them, making them think they have a chance at the ball before taking it in a completely different direction, and then finally blasting it into the goal faster than the poor fat kid guarding it even has a chance to register that he's about to get scored on.

working for a Chinese company is fucking terrible and largely a career dead end. chinese have extreme ingroup preference to a level even higher than jews or indians and you will never be put on projects of strategic importance, and you will have extremely limited upward mobility within the company if you are not chinese. every one of my friends who work for a Chinese company hate it and are actively trying to get out of it as soon as they vest a decent amount of stock.
if you have 10 years of experience working at Microsoft or another gay giant tech company you should just start your own company. it's not terribly hard to crack above $10-20k monthly recurring revenue as a 1 or 2 person team with a product built in 6 months, and you should definitely be able to afford the interim if you put in a lot of time at a company like that. that's enough money to stay afloat for most people and try to scale up further from there.
obviously layoffs suck when they happen to you but there isn't really that much of a racial motivation here. Microsoft as an org has kind of descended into an insanity of infighting and cannibalism and disjointed incentives across teams and it's also way too big of a company. they don't really have any option other than massive downsizing.
something I've repeatedly said is that the companies most exposed to AI risk paradoxically are the big tech companies. structural advantage, which never really existed, is now structural disadvantage because a small team with AI tools can get to market with a better product than a big company, iterate on it faster, and sell it for less with more profit going to each member in the form of pay.
ironically the people best equipped to do this are the ones getting laid off from big tech companies. they're just panicking rn because they have 10 years of lifestyle creep they don't know how to keep up on without the golden handcuffs of salary.
just take your laptop and go to a cheap country 2-3 years and forget. anywhere where you can rent a 2 bed/2 bathroom in an upper middle class neighborhood for $1k a month (actually many places) and can get residency by showing that you have like $50k in a bank account (also several places).
or read crunchbase and apply to whatever AI company near you just got funded with a big tech logo resume and actually put some effort into networking in if you need salary because you have kids you don't want to relocate or whatever. but the pure money play is just to do your own thing, takes time but less than it seems.

Microsoft just laid off 6000 White employees and invested billions into relocating to India.
I've been reaching out to these White Americans and hooking some up with Chinese tech jobs. Greater job stability, higher pay, and their contributions help crushβ¦

i read a story earlier about a typescript engineer that got laid off from microsoft after working there for 25 years and at first i was upset for the guy then i realized he probably made $10 million just in microsoft stock on the low end over that period of time while also earning a salary to support an insanely fat lifestyle and i decided i wasn't going to be upset for a guy with an 8 figure net worth like bruh don't ever have the balls to complain about that
