When I get back home this Thursday I’ll put out another ten minutes with typhus explaining why precisely I believe inflation has peaked and why I expect the dollar to put on significant gains, with specific examples to point to that this is already happening. In the meantime, you can get 5% yield on a savings account which is more than you can get on rent yield in hot real estate markets.
