Cruelty Squad is the first piece of media I've encountered where I'm completely torn between rating it a 0/10 and a 10/10. It is transparently the product of a disturbed person and the grotesque, gnostic philosophy that permeates all of it is more nauseating than the intentionally bad and offensive visuals or the soundtrack which sounds like it is trying to give you a seizure. It is quite literally an exercise in nihilism from a creator who hates being alive and hates his audience. However, as a look into the mind of a nihilist, as a peek at how someone like this actually thinks, it's fascinating. It's also a very impressive technical achievement from a single creator. However, I ultimately hate it for the same reason I hate Keith Woods, though I can appreciate that the Cruelty Squad creator has intelligence. 0/10 not worth playing. I give credit to the artist that they're capable of deliberately making a 0/10 though.
