It's a really terrible idea to divest your political movement of "mentally ill" people that average people find interesting for a lot of reasons, but let me get into one of the biggest ones. There's only one psychiatrist/psychologist who has ever actually figured out how human personality development works, Kazimierz Dąbrowski. Dąbrowski did most of his clinical work in Poland under heavy scrutiny of the USSR and was not able to publish openly until he was able to receive a teaching position in Canada. In his work, Dąbrowski theorizes that it is impossible for an individual to possess creative instincts without also possessing some level of psychoneuroses. Creative people also tend to be the most critical of contemporary trends, popular thinkers, and politicians - potential threats to the communist state. The tactic of labelling any outspoken critic of the government as "mentally ill" is a key communist tactic of control. Creative people are creative precisely because they do not fit nicely into boxes created by social pressures, so they seek ways to expand and reshape the box to fit them better. This "insanity" which is simply a healthy reaction to an unhealthy environment created by an incompetent central planning committee is not an indictment of the individual but an indictment of the architects of that individual's situation.

I am proudly pro-NPC. If you are an NPC I feel sorry for you, and I can't do anything to give you a personality. The goal of national socialism is not to "wake up" an entire population of people and have a society with no NPCs. It is to change the social pressures so that our NPCs can live in a healthy environment instead of an unhealthy one. I am often an asshole to other player characters but I don't denigrate NPCs. I don't expect NPCs to ever see or forward my memes but I make them out of love for them all the same.
