🔰The Arizona audit could not find an identity match in 86,391 people. The information is listed on page 56 of the Results Detail report.

These voters in Maricopa County voted in November 2020 and do not appear to exist. Those who registered as Democrats or did not choose a party affiliation represent a whopping 73.8% of these unknown voters. That's 63,757 ballots. Not choosing a party makes it much more difficult to track fake registrations, since all but Republicans and Democrats are lumped into "Other." 

Cyber Ninja used Melissa Personator, which is probably the best commercial identity verification service in the U.S. or Canada. It looks at private and government databases, including the USPS and the Social Security Administration. Cyber Ninja oddly concludes that most of these "unknowns" may be real people with limited public records.
