Ukraine itself, has no resources for any such engagement and relies sharply on international remittance programs (gifts and loans) to function at all.
The tax bases of the US and Europe are slated to spend more money fueling the ongoing hostilities this year alone, than Ukraine has spent on its military in a decade.
