This nonsense has to end. Members of Congress get away with sexual harassment of their staffs and U.S. taxpayers pay settlements to victims of this harassment and the members of Congress continue to get away with something that all the rest of us would be crucified over. Has to end.
No wonder we still have zero accountability for the Epstein Files!

SITREP IRAN:
Many have asked me various questions about the current war in Iran. One of the main questions is how long do you think this war will last? First off, war is brutal, vicious, filled with irony and uncertainty and always about strategy. However, strategy sometimes goes unnoticed or overlooked because the tendency is to stare at the immediate instead of the longer term consequences.
Discerning the long term strategy in warfare is challenging for even those who pay close attention. Trying to read the mind of the opposing side’s leadership is not easy nor is it an exacting science.
Next, I don’t believe that President Trump wanted this war, not one bit. But like history teaches, you may not want war but war wants you.
In history, war is the norm and peace is the aberration. I wish that wasn’t true but in this, the 21st Century, the United States of America has been at war since 2001 (9/11). It’s not always us who start them, but they never seem to end.
So what does this have to do with Iran? Will the war in Iran end anytime soon?
The ongoing US-led military campaign against Iran, which began on February 28, 2026, does not appear likely to conclude within four weeks or anytime soon based on current developments.
The conflict, dubbed Operation Epic Fury by the Trump administration, has entered its fifth day as of March 5 and shows signs of escalation rather than de-escalation, with strikes intensifying across Iran, retaliatory attacks spreading to US assets in the region, and involvement expanding to areas like Lebanon, the Persian Gulf, and even the Indian Ocean. US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has stated that operations are "accelerating, not decelerating," with the US "just getting started" and aiming for "complete control" of Iranian airspace in the coming days, while additional assets are being deployed. Casualties are mounting—over 1,000 reported killed in Iran, including Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and other officials, alongside US and allied losses—and Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz, mobilized forces, and launched counterstrikes on US bases, embassies, and allied sites in countries like the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait.
The Senate's failure to pass a war powers resolution on March 4 allows President Trump unchecked authority to continue, and he has indicated that the full scope and duration of operations remain uncertain, though some reports suggest the initial phase could last 4-5 weeks if objectives like degrading Iran's military are met. However, with no negotiations underway, regional allies like Hezbollah engaging, and warnings of deeper strikes into Iran, the situation points to a potentially prolonged and widening war rather than a quick resolution.
Bottom line kiddies, settle in for a long war I guess.
Pray I’m wrong and pray for our men and women in uniform as well as our political leadership.

USAID is a crime Scene:
USAID was (is) a crime spree and everyone involved knows it. There were crimes committed on behalf of some in the USG going back decades. Until people are held accountable, all funding globally must end.
Those responsible should NOT be fired, they should have clearances suspended or revoked, they should be sent home with no pay and fully investigated (this is for the USG employees). For those contracted personnel and companies, they should be thoroughly investigated, all should be immediately suspended from any government work (make sure they didn’t change their names), investigated and if guilty of fraud or misuse of USG funds (U.S. taxpayer dollars), they should all be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
War or no war. The justice department budget is close to $30B (yes, that’s a B!). Until people are held accountable for these deep state crimes, the frustration levels will rise.
People must go to jail over this subversion of our good faith efforts the American people expected but did not receive. Instead we got RIPPED OFF!!!
Enough is enough!

SITREP IRAN:
I said it in 2016 but nobody wanted to heed the warnings.
Iran is the most dangerous threat in the Middle East, and it always has been. Ballistic missile capabilities with global reach.
Iran was a designated state sponsor of terrorism (the regime still is). While Washington was debating talking points back then, the Iranian leadership was on the ground in Iraq, acting as field commanders in active combat zones killing American Soldiers.
I said it then, and I will say it now: The region could not stabilize with Iranian leadership directing battles on Iraqi soil (never mind directing all their other surrogates—Hamas, HZ, Houthis).
We had a responsibility to draw that line, but we failed to (and like it or not, here we are again).
Everything unfolding in the Middle East today traces back to decisions that were never made and warnings that were never heeded. I was not wrong in 2016. It doesn’t mean what we’re doing now will work (I pray it does).
War is a very complex and very uncertain human endeavor. The truth does not expire. It just gets more expensive to ignore.

Gold Institute for International Strategy is leading efforts to explore ways to join with global partners in new regions of the world. To that end, it was a privilege to join President of the Assembly of Montenegro Andrija Mandić, His Grace Bishop Sava, and friends from the Republic of Srpska for meaningful discussions on the geopolitical shifts reshaping our world.
At a time when so much is changing so quickly, direct engagement between trusted partners is not optional, it is essential for understanding the challenges we face in a tectonically shifting global environment.
The Republic of Srpska is a stable voice in a critical region, and I look forward to continuing this dialogue as new opportunities emerge for cooperation grounded in shared values and mutual respect.

This needs the attention of everyone. My God, why can’t we arrest the monsters that ordered and then allowed this horrific activity right here in America!? I no longer understand why people are not being arrested, investigated, brought in for questioning, do something! Anything !

Below is a reminder of the reality of War. This thread is a description of what the United States of America has experienced at the hands of a bloodthirsty regime. When the subjugation of a citizenry gets to the point where obedience to a dictator is no longer possible, there arises inside of the enslaved population an awakening. The protests by Iran’s youth that began months ago now is that initial awakening. It happened in 1979, and it resulted in nothing but darkness and death for many decades. Pray this time around, it results in a new type of spiritual awakening. An awakening that allows the region and the world to move toward greater respect for individual freedoms and international laws.
Like this foreign policy adventure or not, the reality is we are here. Now we must find solutions and paths to achieve peace, the U.S. deserves it and the Iranian people fighting for their lives deserve it.
And Pray 🙏🏼

SITREP IRAN:
An update on Alliances and what’s next.
Iran's Supreme Leader is dead. The United States and Israel are actively striking nuclear sites, missile programs, and leadership targets. Iran is firing back at U.S. bases and allies across the Middle East. My latest SITREP breaks down the current battlefield picture, what Iran's retaliation tells us, and where this goes from here.
