A soft government trying to appease everyone using “democracy” as its underpinning will lead to “mischief.” This is what the left is driving us toward in America. And it is obviously beyond simple mischief.

We are already principally a Christian nation. That is what is under attack in America. Simply trying to be a Christian and living Christian values (not perfect, but striving forward with a consciousness of the differences between right and wrong) is all many want and most Americans want to be left alone without too much government overreach.

All of this is changing in front of our eyes. The incompatibility and competition of and between certain political ideologies with our constitutional republic is where we are headed. And for those that say there is a clear line between “church and state” don’t understand the historic foundations of our U.S. constitution.

The rise of Democratic Socialism at this moment in U.S. history is akin to the rise of fascism in Europe during the 1930s. Don’t kid yourselves.

No Mark, I believe this is a legitimate question. Do our elected representatives get financial assistance from an Israeli lobby? Do they get assistance from big pharma, do they get assistance from Qatar, do they get assistance from XYZ company or group, etc? … we need to know who our elected representatives are influenced by when we are making decisions about whether or not we should vote for them. I believe these are very legitimate questions to ask. Do not make this all about Israel (I’m not). Make this about what is best for America!

I challenged every student, faculty member, and patriot in the room to discover their role in defending this Republic, whether through service, leadership, or simply showing up at the ballot box for candidates who uphold biblical values and the Constitution. There is no small role when the mission is to save a Nation.

That’s ~50 million going hungry as we head into the holidays and winter months.
