Big News in Utah for MONEY! You need to know this.

HB164 - Banning Central Bank Digital Currency - Looks like it's passing with flying colors.
While we absolutely love that. I can't help but wonder why they're giving that to us so easily.

HB348 - FREEDOM and Tyranny mixed - Double edged sword

This bill is truly giving us constitutional freedom in Gold and Silver. All Gold and Silver will be legal tender, of any kind. Not just US Coins. Any gold and silver, finally accepted as full legal tender. This is Ron Paul's dream come true for a state. The state will now accept gold and silver for any dealings you have with them? Looks like this bill might finally make that a reality.

What's the catch?

They're also creating a full blown camel in the tent (not just the nose) for a state sponsored digital currency system.
They're giving a lot of power to the state treasurer to "create a framework" for the use of digital currencies in the state. That framework could include anything, including working with federal, regional and global governments.

So they're giving us true constitutional gold and silver, but only if we're willing to sell our souls to digital currency.
And while we have the other bill that bans a central bank digital currency, I have no doubt those lines will be repealed at some future date after the state framework is fully established. Because evil works in long term strategies.

Thank ConConIvory and Marlo Oaks for only allowing us our freedom, if we're willing to pave the way for the digital new world order.

Why can't we have representatives that just stand for freedom and principle, without the evil mixed in?

UPDATE ON HB348 - Gold and Digital Currency
HB348 has been modified, and the digital currency framework piece has been completely removed. Unfortunately it also removed the best part of making ALL gold and silver legal tender. The bill is now much smaller and only about the state investing in gold. It's worthy of support, as a small step, but still not the constitutional miracle that it could have been had they simply removed the digital currency framework and left everything else alone.

Note that the digital currency is still in play with the state treasurer's office and you can expect it to come back in the near future.

In the meantime, VAERS, which is estimated to only represent 1% - 10% of actual adverse reactions, summarizes everything we already know in one simple pie chart.

MAJOR HEALTH FREEDOM OPPORTUNITY - HB123 (Informed Consent on Vaccines)

Did you know that many doctors get PAID to force vaccines onto their patients?  Did you know this has been happening for decades?  Did you know that most patients have no idea about this conflict of interest, and they're led to believe that the doctor must simply believe in the vaccines they're selling to them.

HB123 - VACCINE DISCLOSURE AMENDMENTS - (Sponsored By Rep Trevor Lee) is a rare example of a bill that only does something good (no bad mixed in), in a very targeted way, that actually protects the people from tyranny.  With zero risk to the people. The only people that would be against this bill are those who profit from selling vaccines (manufacturers, lobbyists and even the doctors).

In order for this bill to see the light of day, we must flood the phone lines and emails of these committee members and politely, but firmly demand that this bill must be allowed to move on to the house floor so it can be voted on by the people's representatives. The bill is currently HELD but they have the power to bring it back if they felt enough pressure from the people.

Bad bills:
HB13 - BAD - MUST SHUT DOWN - Creating new "Infrastructure Financing Districts" - Creating more micro regionalism that erase existing Republican-Form boundaries. Taking power away from cities and counties (meaning, from the people) and putting a new form of government on top of existing cities or counties. Allow FOREIGN people to GOVERN these new districts.

So you could literally lay a new government, run by people who live in New York or Europe or China, right in the middle of Salt Lake County.

- Creating the UN water footprint, like the carbon footprint. It tracks your direct and indirect water use and contributes to your personal ESG score. (The UTA & UofU are already implementing a carbon footprint and tracking system for where you
go (get on and off) on transit. Screenshots below of this and water footprint info.

- The GSL commissioner would be able to create and maintain a list of individuals and their water footprint essentially via how much water they conserve.

- The commissioner gets to decide how to measure in good faith. What does that mean? You'll also see references to measuring water in the water footprint agenda below.
** The technology now is way too advanced, not 2B able to access data on who we are or addresses at the very least. I'm having a really hard time believing that our data stays anonymous once collected. Businesses are already able to pull up your name on their payment machine once you swipe your payment card. They've already passed bills to install SMART water measurement infrastructure, so keeping a lot of all of us conserving is an ESG score being set up with the meters.

SB104 and SB194 - Even worse than we thought! Will you have a digital ID before Halloween?

"It was your call to action that first got my attention. As I looked more and more into this bill, I see that you were absolutely right that it is digital ID. One of the parties that testified in favor of it during the Senate committee is the Age Verification Providers Association, a group out of the UK that represents Digital ID companies. They will have you use digital ID to verify your age. The language of the bill as you probably know also includes current social media account holders and the language is broad enough to include platforms such as Telegram. It faces almost no opposition. They will have everybody voluntarily on digital ID by Halloween."

SB104 - Your noise is making a difference, good job people. They've backed off a tiny bit, but it doesn't solve the problem.
We all know that doesn't change the agenda and that this can be "required" later if only "optional" right now. There's no such thing as a temporary government program. Keep pushing to kill the bill. The proper role of government is not to regulate private business or our private lives. This bill is also still a violation of the Utah Constitution free market clause (Article XII Sec 20).
