About HB150 the water tyranny bill.

It is a direct violation of article VI sec 30 of the state constitution. The only constitutional remedy is to modify the bill to rescind all emergency water shortage powers from the governor. License plate readers to be added to the highways - Surveillance state allowing private companies to violate your 4th amendment on their behalf. Reminds me of how Mike Lee set up the "USA Freedom Act" to allow government to spy using private companies.

Text to your rep: Hello [rep]. HB168 authorizes the government to gather data without a warrant. Using a private company as an "in between" is just a dishonest disguise for allowing the government to violate the 4th amendment right to privacy. It amounts to a warrantless search without cause. Please kill this bill on constitutional grounds. Thank you.

I have had a lot of questions about my posts regarding social media bill and what’s going on with it now. (There are actually two that are really concerning). They amended it but it still requires far too much identifying information from adults and children. This would make it easier for our children to be identified and trafficked.

Of course social media is terrible for children - nobody id arguing against that - but this bill would do a lot more harm in silencing free speech than good.
