I feel like this is something that needs saying.

If you're going to do a deal with someone, please, for the love of god, speak English. It just makes everything easier if you get scammed, as you won't have to spend ages translating everything for us. We are able to process reports in English and Spanish at the minute, but if anyone would like to translate reports for us, please let us know and we can have a discussion.
