Stopping to connect with nature is a luxury that many can’t afford (at either time or financial cost).

Try to take a moment each day to recalibrate and reconnect with self, whether that be by walking in nature, quiet meditation or prayer.

Remember who you are and don’t let your power be forgotten. We’re all spiritual beings experiencing a human existence. Don’t let the fast-paced human element consume you.

The appalling scenes in Gaza are unrelenting.

It is insane. I've asked for help before and have no shame in it. I live in a poverty zone, deep in Appalachia. No one is rich here, and we all live paycheck to paycheck, and help each other if we can. I don't know anything different.

I stopped asking for help, and just suffer most of the time, or find extra shit for money because of the twisted viewpoints people have on it.

It's sad, that I stand for truth, and if I ask for support to grow myself, and this channel, I'm IMMEDIATELY a grifter, shekel horder, you name it.

I've never understood this, and even with being low myself, I've helped MANY on here when I didn't even have it. And they have done the same for me.
