What is Barakah
Barakah is the crucial link between productivity and spirituality. As defined by Imam al-Raghib, it is the attachment of divine goodness to a thing, which either increases something little or benefits something much.
While hard to measure, Barakah is essential. You can have all the Focus, Energy, and Time, but without Barakah, you won't achieve your full potential.
Barakah is bestowed when we devote ourselves to Allah and follow the guidance of the Quran and Sunnah, ensuring the greatest fruit of Barakah is to use it in obedience to Allah.

The power of Zhikr
Ibn Qayyim writes about his teacher Imam ibn Taymiyyah, βOneday I went to him: he offered the fajr salah and then remained sitting in the remembrance of Allah until almost half the day. He then turned towards me and said: βThis is my breakfast. I did not have any other breakfast. If I did not have this breakfast (remembering Allah), all my strength would fall away.β
Let this remind us that true strength begins with remembrance of Allah. Let us start our day by nourishing our heart before anything else.

How Sabr and Shukr go together 𧩠?
"Weβve spoken about shukr (gratefulness) above, now itβs time to explore sabr (patience). These two concepts go hand in hand because a person at any moment in their life is either in a state of shukr or sabr depending on their situation. This is exactly what the Prophet (s) referred to when he mentioned: βHow amazing is the case of the believer; there is good for him in everything, and this characteristic is exclusively for him alone. If he experiences something pleasant, he is thankful, and that is good for him; and if he comes across some adversity, he is patient, and that is good for himβ. [Muslim]"
