Led by Amin Negussie, the session condensed the bookโs 21 principles into 5 core principles, explored some of its drawbacks, and brought the lessons to life through engaging real-life stories.
The session continued with a group discussion, participant reflections, and a fun exercise on the ABCDE Methodโturning the ideas from the book into something we could actually practice. ๐
