I think we are all drifting on a silver sea all beautiful souls trying to help each other find our way and we all have our part to play in that .Yet if you are like me you sometimes find yourself with information over lode witch can begin to drag you down .When this happens remember the best mentor you have is your higher self so just step away and listen to your own intuition and wait till you can make sense of what you are trying to take on .You are all you need to be right now and no one is more or less then you for we are indeed all one and a part of the whole .May love walk with us all today.

We are always seeking to be found, to be seen, to be recognised. It’s almost as if our existence depended on others confirming we actually exist.

Some people argue, that if a tree were to fall over in the middle of nowhere, witnessed by nobody, would it even make a sound? Does sound exist in the absence of hearing ears? Does anything exist in the absence of observing eyes?

Who or what are we, in the absence of being seen? or heard? or touched? or sensed? Isn’t the whole point of the human experience, to be witnessed in ways that we could never be witnessed in soul?

I am only a mother because I have children that witness me as such and I was once a wife because a man chose to see me and treat me as one, but in the absence of their recognition of me as mother or wife, I would be neither.

Would I even be a human being in the absence of all humans around me? 🤔 I suspect not…

We make each other what we are, by being witnesses to each others existence. This is why the human connection is so intrinsically engraved in our consciousness, because it validates our very being.

None of us want to get lost, what we’re desperately seeking is to be found.

Lately for some reason, I have this need to make amends with everyone. Not that I have ever wronged anyone, at least not knowingly, but that’s the whole point; we may have never purposefully meant to hurt anyone and always tried to do the right thing, but is that how the other person perceived it?

When it comes to causing emotional pain, does it matter if you are right or wrong? Musn’t one apologise even if you don’t feel the apology is warranted, so long as the other person still felt hurt by your words or actions?

“I didn’t mean to hurt you, but if I did, I’m sorry. It was never my intention.”

There would be a lot less anger and heartache in this world, if we all learned to say these simple words when facing conflict with others.

I have generally always apologised in such terms, when I felt it was required, but as I evolve and try to transcend the more meniaI and mundane aspects of life, I am able to look back at situations from a totally different perspective.

A new perspective that somehow allows me to see things with greater understanding, forgiveness, empathy and love, even in situations when I was the one clearly wronged.

At the end of the day, it was all part of the journey; lessons that needed to be learned, wounds that needed to be dealt with and experiences that were meant to be had.

I am grateful for all of them; the good, the bad and the ugly of it all, for they have contributed to my evolution.

I’m not sure this works as a blanket statement, but just in case it does….

There is nothing more freeing than apologising and forgiving.

As we continue to walk towards the new future ahead of us, it feels good to make amends with your past. This journey is better had without luggage. I strongly recommend it.

I have just written this still needs work but I think you will get what I am saying

To be more we must first be less .A conversation with myself
So how much less must I be? You must be no thing
What do you mean no thing surely I am a man called Ray how can I be a no thing?
You are not just Ray you are Jamie Sarah Felix Helen Cass and so on all our just the identity you have in this simulation all are you and you are them but as that identity that is all they you are but in fact all are no thing and so are everything .
So do you mean that I am every human that has ever been? Yes and no you see even the label human limits you to being just that whereas as no thing you are everything. So I am the wails of this house the ground that it stands on all the water in the sea even the atoms that it is all made from .Again yes and no for again they are all labels names for things and as such all limited to being just that whereas no thing is everything .Oh ok I sort of get it but where do I go from here? Nowhere there is nowhere to go as you are already infinity everywhere infinity, so just enjoy the ride and learn the lessons on the way.
