As the ugliness gets exposed, we learn more than ever to appreciate the beautiful people and things that are in our lives.
Somehow we develop a greater need to be sorrounded by only those that are pure at heart and appreciate uncensored truth. Like minded people that understand our struggle for it is theirs too.
Make sure you take time to share and enjoy fun moments with those you value; family and friends that accept you not just for who you were but for who you are becoming.
When we look back, it is those moments that make our heart smile, that we will cherish and remember.
Start making those memories, weekends are the perfect time for it

Essentially we are in two states of consciousness energy. Most of the time, people are in radial explosive or entropy, this is because they are in ego with it driving their emotions, so they are in reactive and responsive mode, not much internal deliberations before responding to info presented. This makes our toroidal field flow outwards and blocks understanding of info.
When we go into meditation mode, we focus more on the internal state of consciousness, our toroidal magnetic field reverses and flow of the Universe and Source comes into us and we receive info. That is because we are not in performance mode. So once you gain control over your emotions, you gain control of your ego. Then you are more open to receiving info that would have triggered you before and now with internal consciousness, info flows into you, because you are not using the dualistic programming, you realise there is a spectrum of things between polar opposites and that the poles are just two extremes of one thing. You! 💖🙏🌟

As much as life can often throw curveballs at us, remember that our attitude towards them is our choice, so make that choice consciously.
Choose to be the best version of yourself, choose to enjoy what you have, choose to be grateful, choose to be kind, in other words choose to shine your light for yourself and everyone around you.
If we all choose to do this, can you imagine how much better everything will be? So be that which you would like to see around you.
