primero hay que saber quién es Ray, cuál es su trayectoria dentro del desarrollo informático y más precisamente que fue lo que hizo antes de que se publicara el software de Bitcoin el 3 de enero del 2009

Hay que leer al menos un par de artículos suyos, antes de caer en la frase que me convenció:
"En noviembre de 2008, realicé una revisión de código y una auditoría de seguridad para la parte de la cadena de bloques del código fuente de Bitcoin. El fallecido Hal Finney realizó la revisión del código y la auditoría del lenguaje de scripting, y ambos examinamos el código contable. Satoshi Nakamoto, el arquitecto seudónimo y autor del código, alternó entre responder preguntas y formularlas.

Es absolutamente difícil demostrarle al mundo que el primer multimillonario anónimo, no le ha estafado a nadie. Ni siquiera está utilizando su privilegiada posición de minero fundador para beneficio personal. Solo detente y piensa en eso por un minuto, antes de continuar.

Satoshi se mantuvo, y se está sosteniendo, supongo, a un estándar de comportamiento casi inhumano en términos de negarse a dar una idea remota de la posibilidad de estafar a alguien. Me alegra haber tenido la oportunidad de trabajar con él y Hal en lo que se convirtió en un proyecto muy importante. Creo que la tecnología de la cadena de bloques, una vez que el actual estado de confusión haya terminado, contribuirá mucho más al mundo de lo que todas las estafas juntas han tomado o destruido.”

Satoshi didn't have a 1MB limit in it. The limit was originally Hal Finney's idea.  Both Satoshi and I objected that it wouldn't scale at 1MB.  Hal was concerned about a potential DoS attack though, and after discussion, Satoshi agreed.  The 1MB limit was there by the time Bitcoin launched.  But all 3 of us agreed that 1MB had to be temporary because it would never scale."
