API will be temporarily offline as we resolve some issues, due to service violations we apologize for this issue and will try to resolve them immediately

API is backup should be working without errors now for GPT and Claude models. We noticed some issues with other models while testing but they should be fixed soon.

Regarding the issue, our devs are implementing a safeguard to prevent service disruptions going forward. The disruption was due to triggering upstream safeguards from jailbreak attempts or other activities that we strictly do not allow https://raunai.com/terms

Going forward we have implemented a ban system if users do decide to attempt actions that violate our terms their account(s) will be disabled. We will not go into details regarding the system but if you do believe you were falsely banned you are more than welcome to appeal our system's decision.

We expect to have the API back up and running within the next 4-6 hours we will send out another message once we have verified the system is ready to deploy.

As for users who are looking for access to such models, we will open up access to some uncensored models in the future for those looking for red teaming activities, which are against the policies of model providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI

Grok might be temporarily out of service due to high usage if you are looking for dependable access to grok let us know we only opened up access to it for a cheap alternative.

Updates to RaunAI
- We have dropped claude prices further to 90% off for Sonnet, Opus, and Haiku models.
- Added the ability to set $ quota per key
- Limit certain model families per key
- Improved reliability and uptime for Claude and GPT Models

Currently experiencing some downtime with GPT models, all other models are currently running normally.

We will be releasing credit packages, and gemini image models this week.

Credit Packages
- These will be priced cheaper than our regular API pricing
- Generally limited availability as this is offered at a discount to use up remaining resources that are expiring
- Uptime is generally lower due to the lack of resources but we will try our best to ensure availability is near our main API performance
- Slots will be announced periodically or remain open if resources are available
- GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok will be offered for now in the future we may add other models/model families to these packages

Gemini Models
- We will be adding the new 3.6 models this week along with image generation through Gemini (final list of available models is still being examined will provide an update on final list soon)

grok promotional 95% off official pricing will end on August 11th. Price will be changed to 85% off official pricing

Grok, Qwen, DeepSeek, Kimi, and GLM models are temporarily down. API will not be able to process any requests for those models for the time being, will make another announcement once it is back up
