Channels/Chats will NEVER send you private messages. This is not a feature of telegram.
If you ever get a message from someone claiming to be a channel/chat, they are impersonating it.
I cannot see any legitimate reason to do this, so it is almost definitely a scam.

I'm gonna preface this by saying that I haven't and don't plan to show ads on this channel willfully at any point, but I want to ask since this channel is past 1k subscribers. Have any of you seen ads here??
