So, a little heads-up: if you need to resolve a dispute with someone, this is exactly what you should NOT do. This is what happens when a person wants to commission an artist while completely ignoring the fact that the artist has written TOS clearly stating: “I do NOT work with any deadline.”, and still insists they are right.

I am a commuting university student with 5 exams coming up within the span of 1-2 weeks. I am also a professional hockey coach and a semi-professional player. I have to manage my free time very strictly, and anyone who has ever commissioned me knows very well that during my free periods I do everything possible to complete every commission as quickly as I can while maintaining the highest quality I am capable of delivering.

Now, it has been one month since he paid for his ref sheet, and in the past he had already received 3 commissions from me, including another ref sheet, all of which were posted on this channel, and for every single one he waited over a month. But let’s assume he had never commissioned me before... I warned him 3 times since May 5th, the date he commissioned me, that his drawing could have been completed within a week, but if any setbacks occurred, in this case the exams that were scheduled for me, then not even a month would have been enough, as it indeed turned out, and he said he was okay with that.

Despite the multiple payment options I offer, namely single, double, and triple installments, he chose the single payment option, and rightfully paid everything upfront when I started working on his reference sheet, for which I made not one, not two, but 3 sketches, all of which were promptly sent and seen by him.

So now, as stated in my Terms Of Service, I will be making a beware post about this person.

Known as AirplaneMode226 on Discord, and with the Instagram tag AirplaneModeTwentySix, if you are artists who do not work with deadlines, DO NOT TAKE COMMISSIONS FROM HIM, because he will continue messaging you at least once a day asking how the commission is going, disregarding any prior warnings you may have given, and he will try in every possible way to discredit you and post bewares on it's profiles with his acquaintances/friends if you do something he does not like.

Additionally, although I do not have sources for this, it seems this is not the first beware he has received, since he has changed his name 3 times, deleting all of his accounts since I have known him, for reasons he always explained as “conflicts with other people” or “arguments,” but take this information with caution.

Sono uno studente pendolare universitario con 5 esami in arrivo nell'arco di 1/2 settimane, sono un allenatore di hockey professionista e anche un giocatore semi-professionista, il mio tempo libero me lo devo gestire molto strettamente, e chiunque mi abbia mai commissionato sa bene che nei miei periodi liberi faccio tutto il possibile per portare a termine ogni commissione nel modo più veloce possibile, mantenendo la qualità più alta che posso dare.

Ora, è un mese che ha pagato la sua ref sheet, e in passato aveva già ottenuto 3 commissioni da me, di cui una ref sheet, tutte quante postate su questo canale, e in tutte ha aspettato 1+ mesi, ma mettiamo caso che non mi abbia mai commissionato... io l'ho avvisato 3 volte dal 5 Maggio, data in cui mi ha commissionato, che il suo disegno poteva essere completato nell'arco di una settimana, ma qualora fossero sorti dei contrattempi, in questo caso gli esami che mi hanno fissato, non sarebbe bastato nemmeno in un mese, come alla fine si è dimostrato, e lui si è detto d'accordo con questo.

Nonostante le molteplici opzioni che offro, ossia la singola, la doppia e la tripla rata per il pagamento, lui ha scelto la singola, e giustamente, ha pagato tutto all'inizio quando ho iniziato a lavorare sulla sua reference sheet, della quale ho fatto non uno, non due, ma ben 3 sketch, i quali sono stati inviati prontamente e visualizzati tutti quanti.

Quindi, ora, come c'è scritto nei miei termini di servizio, farò un beware su questa persona.
Conosciuto come AirplaneMode226 su discord, ha un account instagram dal tag AirplaneModeTwentySix , se siete artisti che disegnano senza mettersi tempi limite, NON PRENDETE COMMISSIONI DA LUI, in quanto continuerà a scrivervi almeno 1 volta al giorno, chiedendovi come va con la commissione, non importandosene di un qualsiasi avviso voi abbiate dato in precedenza e cercherà in ogni modo di screditarvi con i suoi conoscenti/amici qualora faceste qualcosa che a lui non va bene.
In più, anche se non ho le fonti, sembra che non sia il primo beware che riceva, in quanto ha cambiato nome 3 volte, cancellando tutti i suoi account, da quando lo conosco per ragioni che lui ha scempre spiegato come "conflitti con altre persone" o "litigi", ma è da prendere con le pinze.
