The earnings season kicks off with Tata Consultancy Services, a leading software services company, set to report its results today. Avenue Supermarts, the owner of D-Mart, will follow with its earnings announcement on January 11.

• Ireda Result Highlight (YoY) Revenue up 35.6% to Rs 1,698.45 crore versus Rs 1,252.85 crore. Net profit up 27% to Rs 425.38 crore versus Rs 335.53 crore.
• United Breweries has reiterated its commitment to continuing investments in Telangana. It noted that nearly 70% of the consumer price for its beer brands comprises state taxes, while the current basic price to Telangana accounts for approximately 16% of the cost to consumers.
• Computer Age Management Services’s arm, CAMS Insurance Repository Services, has accelerated the digital transformation of the insurance benefits realization journey and has crossed the milestone of 1 crore e-policies.
• Zensar Technologies will consider the declaration of an interim dividend for financial year 2025 on Jan. 22.
• Adani Wilmar has set the floor price for its offer for sale at Rs 275 per share. Adani Commodities plans to sell up to a 13.5% stake in the company through the OFS, with an additional greenshoe option of 6.5%. The OFS will be held from Jan. 10 to Jan. 13.
• Vodafone Idea has allotted 169 crore shares worth Rs 1,910 crore to Omega Telecom Holdings and Usha Martin Telematics.
• Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has delivered the sixth Scorpene-class submarine, Vaghsheer, to the Indian Navy.
• Oil & Natural Gas Corp has onboarded a technical services provider to enhance production from the Mumbai High field.
• Adani Total Gas: GAIL has raised the APM gas allocation to the company by 20%, effective Jan. 16. This upward revision is aimed at stabilizing retail prices for end consumers.

• Bharat Electronics has received work orders totaling Rs 561 crore, with major orders including communication equipment, electro-optics, upgrades for the satcom network, radar and fire control systems, spares, services, and more.
• Adani Wilmar: Lence PTE has authorised Adani commodities to sell 9.3 crore shares in the offer for sale. Lence is one of the company’s promoters.
• Bartronics India’s promoter is set to sell 1.9 crore shares through an OFS on Jan. 14 and 15, representing a 6.29% stake in the company. The floor price for the OFS has been set at Rs 22 per share.
• Puravankara: PPL Hebbal Developers’ Pvt., a wholly owned subsidiary of Puravankara Ltd., has invested in NBD Office Park LLP as a partner, with a capital contribution of Rs 2,96,00,000, representing a 24.99% share.
• JSW Energy has received a letter of intent for the 3.6 GW KSK Mahanadi thermal power plant and approval for its resolution plan for KSK Mahanadi power.
• United Spirits: Diageo India has appointed Praveen Someshwar as chief executive officer-designate. Hina Nagarajan will transition to a new role at the parent company, Diageo Plc.
• Piramal Enterprises: Life Healthcare has entered into a binding agreement for the sale of life molecular imaging. Upon completion of the proposed transaction, the company is set to receive an estimated amount of $140 million.
