• HCL Technologies Q3FY25 (Consolidated QoQ) – Net profit up 8.4% at Rs 4,594 crore versus Rs 4,237 crore. Revenue up 3.6% at Rs 29,890 crore versus Rs 28,862 crore. Ebit up 8.6% at Rs 5,821 crore versus Rs 5,362 crore. Ebit margin at 19.5% versus 18.6%.
• Bharat Electronics has received work orders totaling Rs 561 crore, with major orders including communication equipment, electro-optics, upgrades for the satcom network, radar and fire control systems, spares, services, and more.
• Adani Wilmar: Lence PTE has authorised Adani commodities to sell 9.3 crore shares in the offer for sale. Lence is one of the company’s promoters.
• Bartronics India’s promoter is set to sell 1.9 crore shares through an OFS on Jan. 14 and 15, representing a 6.29% stake in the company. The floor price for the OFS has been set at Rs 22 per share.
• Puravankara: PPL Hebbal Developers’ Pvt., a wholly owned subsidiary of Puravankara Ltd., has invested in NBD Office Park LLP as a partner, with a capital contribution of Rs 2,96,00,000, representing a 24.99% share.
• JSW Energy has received a letter of intent for the 3.6 GW KSK Mahanadi thermal power plant and approval for its resolution plan for KSK Mahanadi power.
• United Spirits: Diageo India has appointed Praveen Someshwar as chief executive officer-designate. Hina Nagarajan will transition to a new role at the parent company, Diageo Plc.
• Piramal Enterprises: Life Healthcare has entered into a binding agreement for the sale of life molecular imaging. Upon completion of the proposed transaction, the company is set to receive an estimated amount of $140 million.

• L&T Technology Services Q3FY25 (Consolidated, QoQ) Revenue up 3.1% to Rs 2,653 crore versus Rs 2,573 crore. EBIT up 8.8% to Rs 422 crore versus Rs 388 crore. EBIT margin at 15.9% versus 15.1%. Net profit flat at Rs 320 crore.

• HDFC Life Insurance Co. Q3FY25 (Consolidated, YoY) Net premium income up 10% to Rs 16,771 crore versus Rs 15,235 crore. 61st-month persistency improves to 57.8% from 51.1%. 13th-month persistency falls to 81.9% from 83.4%. Net profit up 13.7% to Rs 415 crore versus Rs 365 crore. Value of new business up 14% to Rs 2,586 crore. AUM stands at Rs 3.3 lakh crore as of 31 December 2024.

• Oracle Financial Services Software Q3FY25 (Consolidated YoY) Revenue down 6% to Rs 1,715 crore versus Rs 1,824 crore. Operating income down 17% to Rs 700 crore versus Rs 840 crore. EBIT margin at 41% versus 46%. Net profit down 27% to Rs 541 crore versus Rs 740 crore.

• Happiest Minds Technologies has partnered with Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam to implement an innovative GenAI conversational interface.

• Gland Pharma: Shyamakant Giri will take over as chief executive officer, effective from Jan.16.

• RBL Bank has appointed Soma Sankara Prasad as an additional non-executive independent director of the bank, effective from Wednesday.

• GAIL India has signed a settlement agreement with SEFE Marketing & Trading Singapore, under which SEFE Marketing will pay $285 million to the company and withdraw its arbitration proceedings in London.

• Rail Vikas Nigam has received a letter of award worth Rs 3,622 crore from BSNL for the development of the middle-mile network of BharatNet.
