Double PCL sign is the term given to buckle handle tear of meniscus when it flips towards the center of the knee joint and comes to lie anterior to the Posterior cruciate ligament. Usually the medial meniscus is involved in more than 80% cases.

Adenomyomatosis of gallbladder is a benign condition characterized by hyperplasia of the gallbladder wall, and comet-tail artefact is an ultrasound finding that can be seen in adenomyomatosis. Comet-tail sign depicts the distinct echo-pattern produced by cholesterol crystals present in the lumens of Rokitansky-Aschoff sinuses.
An impacted calculus in the gallbladder neck refers to a condition where a gallstone becomes lodged in the neck of the gallbladder, obstructing the flow of bile. It is a cause of obstructive cholecystitis.

Colloid cysts are benign cysts that are lined with epithelial cells and are typically found in the third ventricle of the brain. Colloid cysts are almost always located at the foramen of Monro. CT imaging can show a well-defined hyperattenuated mass that is attached to the anterosuperior portion of the third ventricle. On MRI, colloid cysts are typically hyperintense on T1 and isointense to brain on T2 weighted images. In some cases, there may be peripheral rim enhancement.
Most colloid cysts are found incidentally on imaging studies and do not cause any symptoms. However, due to their location, they can sometimes cause sudden obstructive hydrocephalus, leading to symptoms such as a thunderclap headache, unconsciousness, or even sudden death.
Treatment options for colloid cysts include surgical removal or endoscopic removal, depending on the size, location, and symptoms of the cyst.

Did you know that the trident or omega sign in osmotic demyelination syndrome looks like a three-pronged spear from ancient Greece? This distinctive shape is caused by transverse pontine fiber involvement and sparing of descending corticospinal tracts, resulting in high signal abnormality in the pons.

Pineal cysts are a relatively common finding in neuroimaging studies, typically discovered incidentally and often found to be asymptomatic. On CT scans, pineal cysts appear as well-circumscribed, fluid density lesions with a thin rim calcification observed in approximately 25% of cases.
On MRI scans, pineal cysts typically present as a unilocular cyst within the pineal gland, with variable attenuation or fluid signal ranging from similar to cerebrospinal fluid to around 60% slightly hyperintense to CSF on T1 weighted images. Most cases demonstrate a thin, smooth rim of contrast enhancement, and calcifications are present in approximately 25% of cases.

Preaxial polydactyly, characterized by an extra digit towards the hand's radial side, is less common than postaxial polydactyly (1 in 7000 incidence). This condition has associations with Down syndrome, VATER association, Holt-Oram syndrome, etc.
