Sometimes I think to myself: "Wow, I should've been more mindful of what a fat, mentally ill subhuman from Portland would think of me when I celebrated the death of a dictator who tortured my family and wants me dead"

Today I decided to download the Ayatollah Khomenei's manual of Islamic law, the Tahrir al-Wasilah.
Page 229, Volume 3: ''Intercourse with a woman is not allowed unless she attains the age of nine years, regardless whether the marriage is permanent or temporary. There is, however, no objection in other sexual enjoyments like touching lasciviously, hugging and rubbing the thighs, even with a suckling infant.''

One of the least discussed crimes against humanity that neither the pro-regime people or the pro-pahlavi people will tell you about is how Iran treated the Afghan refugees.
For decades, millions of Afghans fled to Iran to escape war, first from the Soviet invasion, later from civil war, the Taliban, and then the brutal U.S. occupation.
Many Afghans lived for decades without legal recognition.
Despite temporary residency systems having existed, the government systematically refused to issue legal status or even an ID card to the refugees.
Without secure documentation, they had no access to banking, mobility, formal employment, or legal protections against abuse.
After decades of being barred from public schooling(because they had zero legal status) in 2015 the government gave them the ability to be enrolled into schools(but still not into universities).
The Afghan adults were treated even worse. They were deprived of the meagre labor laws that IRI had to offer. Employers would routinely steal their wages and endanger their lives to the point of severe injury, and then avoided any sort of legal repercussions because they're not recognised as human beings in the eyes of the legal system.
Least to say they were also deprived of security and couldn't report crimes against them to the police out of fear of deportations or the officers simply ignoring them once they recognize they are Afghans.
And what happened when America left Afghanistan and the Taliban took over? There was initially a huge surge of new refugees. Then, the Islamic republic started deporting the Afghans by the millions into a country where their men would be killed for being from the wrong ethnic group (hazaras) and the women would be treated like cattle.
The most shameful part is that much of the opposition, which is mostly monarchists, don't talk about this because of extreme racial prejudice that they have towards the Afghans. The same people who are mostly Iranic and speak a language that is intelligible with Persian.

The "council of experts" building just got bombed to the ground, along with another 88 MPs.
Their jobs is(was?) electing the supreme leader and vetoing/approving laws passed by the congress.

Do they need a council of mediocres now to elect the new members of the council of experts?
I actually have no idea if there are constitutional provisions for this scenario. The council of experts is usually appointed by the supreme leader himself, but that guy is dead as well.
