I love reading about medical scandals like one houston doctor who made it his mission to deny as many organ transplants as possible because... ????
He literally did it out of some sadistic pleasure and the worst thing that happened to him was being fired
To say people like this deserve jail is not enough these people deserve public [redacted]

This is sadistic evil at the most basic level and they should be put through the pain of their patients at 100x the intensity
