For those that don’t know what Byte is

Byte is a game in Discord. Yes, a real one. Byte is also a character and he is a fucking menace.

You chop trees, fight things, level skills, get loot, and immediately own items you cannot use because your level is too low. Byte says no. He enjoys it. Sometimes Byte might just decide to eat you because he HATES FUN.
Do not get a boner.

Everything is level gated. Skills decide what you can equip. Gear decides how fast numbers go up. Grind or suffer.

Your inventory fills instantly. You keep items “just in case” even though they are useless. You will not throw them away. You will stand at the bank and stare at nothing.

NPCs are fucked.

There is an otter who eats you if you feed him too many fish.
There is a dragon who only talks if his ring is on his horn. Do not touch the handlebars.
There is a foxspider. Allegedly a retired bounty hunter. He serves drinks and might eat you because why not?

Trading existed. I removed it. Because fuck you. It will come back.

I keep adding shit. Things break. I find out at 3am.

In short
Byte is number go up, inventory full, bank standing simulator
and if something eats you
that is intentional.
