This quietly turns into a build. The GPU is now in service to change pads and paste + fix a minor issue with LEDs, but overall, it will be this:

Never put classic thermal paste on large modern GPU dies.
Cards like RX 6000/7000 or Nvidia 3000/4000 require proper pad softness, pad thickness, and a phase-change thermal interface to avoid hotspot throttling and long-term damage.
Random "MX4 + 1cm pads" only works on older cards (RX 5xx / GTX 1000 / RTX 2000 era).
If you’re unsure how to repaste or repad your GPU properly, I recommend getting it done professionally — I have all the latest used cards serviced at @fastrestore (not an ad, unless...) except of course piles of RX-es I had — those are easy even for me without a proper service center at home.
