Heard a lot of talk on risk taking. My approach to risk is this:

The less money you have the more risk you have to take. Once you start climbing into the wealth 100k-500k-1mil+ your risk taking should decrease dramatically. You can`t play it stupid all in all day like when you were 2-3k$ worth or you`ll 100% get burned and lose it all, seen it happen countless times.

So again: Less money more risk, more and more money less and less risk imho.

At a certain level once you have a lifestile you and family like you dont risk that lifestyle just to make some more money. You secure that lifestyle with safe investments, blue chip stocks, real estate etc etc and risk the extra only. Being 10 mil guy for a few years and risking all and losing and going back being on wage pays is something not many can endure so be patient and safe. Also with less money you need fast plays 1day,30 days max you can`t afford the time to wait like with big plays. I see many saying they did 20x 30x but on 50$. One could do a safe 2x in 1 year but on 3 mil. You get the idea.

I get asked a lot: When do you take profits ?

Answer is very simple: I invest lets say 5k into a coin and it goes 10x and now is worth 50k. Do I feel I invested 5k and wait for more gains ? Absolutely not. I feel is 50k I invested so I ask myself:

Would I, today, buy 50k worth of this coin with this chart and all the info I have ? If answer is not a straight YES then I start DCA out and take the profits. Seen too many making big money on a coin and not taking profits "cause it can go more", nothing more painful.

I don`t know how to explain anymore. Doing technical analysis TA on small coins, literally charting and stuff is so irellevant like trying in full sun to open a flashlight. All that matters in those type of coins is inside info, wallets, who is behind, who is shilling, if snipers did or did not get big % of supply, who controls the supply and many other things. Stop doing TA on shitcoins guys, you`ll losing time and for sure you`ll lose $ also. Is ok to check liquidity, volume, no of holders, market cap, even if those can be faked and “helped” can be checked but stop doing TA. nfa.
