Hey! Just in case you are really buying this, I'm foreseeing bank being more stricter in the loan approval this year. I'm not sure what developer will instruct before you can lock a unit (you probably want the corner unit), sometimes is the booking fee, sometimes is the bank loan approval or at times with the government approval. What you can do now to prepare yourself is firstly keep your debt amount low, pay on time (even PTPTN if you have) , if you are working with a company (DON'T CHANGE JOB) , don't buy anything on easy payment or take any new loan (except application for credit card if you have no borrowing to reflect your CCRIS record). I will do my best to assist you to get the lowest interest rates for your housing loan (it matters because you can't sell the house for 10 years) ☺️ Anything else you wanna know, just text me!
