**[입출금 지원 중단 시점 및 기간]**
- 2021-09-13 12:00 ~ OBSR 마이그레이션 안정성 확인 후 본 공지를 통해 입출금 지원 재개 별도 안내 예정
- 옵저버(OBSR) 체인 변경 이후 입금 주소가 모두 변경되오니, 입출금 지원 재개 후 반드시 새로운 OBSR 입금 주소를 발급 받으셔야 합니다.
*입출금 지원 중단 시점 이후 KCT OBSR을 ERC-20 입금 주소로 입금 또는 ERC-20 OBSR을 KCT OBSR 입금 주소로 입금하는 경우 _복구가 불가능합니다._
*입출금 지원 중단 시점 이후 ERC-20 OBSR을 기존 ERC-20 입금 주소로 입금시, 업비트 계정에 입금이 반영되지 않을 수 있으며, 복구에 오랜 기간이 소요되며 복구 수수료가 발생합니다. 또한, 복구 시 기존 OBSR로 복구가 됩니다.
*이 점 유의하시어 입출금 지원 중단 시점 이후 절대로 입금하지 말아주시기 바랍니다.

- OBSR의 마이그레이션 완료 후 입출금 안정성이 확인되면 입출금 지원을 재개하겠습니다.
- OBSR의 입출금 지원 재개 시점은 본 공지를 통해 업데이트 드리도록 하겠습니다.
*입출금 지원 재개와 관련하여 특이사항 발생 시, 본 공지를 통해 안내드릴 수 있도록 하겠습니다.

- OBSR 입출금은 일시 중단되지만, OBSR 거래는 중단없이 지원됩니다.

**[Deposit/Withdrawal] Suspension of deposit and withdrawal due to change of Observer(OBSR) chain (ERC-20 → KCT)**

Deposit and withdrawal support will be suspended due to the change of Observer(OBSR) chain.
Kindly read the the following details below.

- Token swap ratio : 1:1

**[Suspension period of deposit and withdrawal]**
- 2021-09-13 12:00 ~ the resumption period of deposit and withdrawal support will be announced through this notice after the confirmation of the stability for the OBSR migration.
- All deposit addresses will be changed after changing the Observer (OBSR) chain, so you must get a new OBSR deposit address after resuming deposit and withdrawal support.
*If KCT OBSR is deposited to the ERC-20 deposit address or ERC-20 OBSR is deposited to the KCT OBSR deposit address after the suspension of deposit and withdrawal support, _Recovery is not possible._
*If the ERC-20 OBSR is deposited to the existing ERC-20 deposit address after the withdrawal support is suspended, the deposit may not be reflected in the upbit account, which may take a long time to recover and incur a recovery fee. It also recovers to an existing OBSR during the recovery.
*Please note this and do not deposit digital assets after the suspension of deposit and withdrawal support.

**[Resumption Schedule of deposit and withdrawal]**
- We will resume deposit and withdrawal support once the OBSR's migration is completed and the deposit and withdrawal stability is confirmed.
- We will update you for the OBSR's resumption schedule through this notice.
*In case of any special cases regarding the resumption of deposit and withdrawal support, we will notify you through this notice.

**[FAQ]**
- OBSR deposits are suspended, but OBSR transactions are available without suspension.
- Upbit will work closely with the Observer team to ensure the safe protection of your assets, and we will update you further in this notice if any additional changes occur.
