تمكّن الدفاع الجوي لقوات الدعم السريع، اليوم الثلاثاء، من إسقاط طائرة حربية من طراز "إليوشن " في سماء مدينة بابنوسة بولاية غرب كردفان، عقب شنّها غارات جوية أودت بحياة عشرات المدنيين في مناطق "ود بندة " و "عيال بخيت" ومدينتي الفولة وبابنوسة.

وشنّ الطيران الحربي التابع لجيش الحركة الإسلامية الإرهابية سلسلة هجمات وحشية على الأحياء السكنية والأسواق، مستخدماً الصواريخ والبراميل المتفجرة، ما أسفر عن مقتل وجرح عشرات المدنيين الأبرياء، بينهم أطفال ونساء وكبار سن، في جرائم مروّعة جديدة تُضاف إلى سجل "الإبادة الجماعية".

نؤكد أن هذه الجرائم تمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني، واستهدافاً ممنهجاً للمدنيين على أسس إثنية وجهوية، بما يرقى إلى جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية.

نطالب المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الحقوقية بالتحرك العاجل لمحاسبة المتورطين في هذه الأفعال الإجرامية الشنيعة، وندعو الأهالي والجهات القانونية إلى ملاحقة "جنرالات بورتسودان" وقادة تنظيم الحركة الإسلامية الإرهابي قضائياً.

ونؤكد استمرار قواتنا في القتال دفاعاً عن شعبنا وحقه في الحرية والكرامة، حتى إسقاط عصابة القتلة والإرهابيين، واستعادة القرار الوطني المستقل.

MEDIA STATEMENT

Today, Tuesday, the Rapid Support Forces' Air Defense managed to successfully shoot down an Ilyushin Military Aircraft, as the latter was flying over the city of Babanusa in West Kordofan state, after carrying out airstrikes that claimed the innocent lives of dozens of civilians in the areas of "Wad Banda" and "Aiyal Bakhit," as well as in the cities of El-Fula and Babnusa.

The terrorist Islamic Movement's Army utilized its Military Aircraft to launch a series of brutal attacks on residential neighborhoods and markets, using missiles and barrel bombs, which resulted in the unfortunate death and injury of dozens of innocent civilians, amongst whom were children, women, and the elderly, in new horrific crimes to be penciled down in their record of "genocide."

We affirm that the aforementioned crimes constitute a blatant violation of International Humanitarian Law, and highlights the reality of the systematic targeting of civilians on ethnic and regional grounds, which amounts to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

We call upon the international community and human rights organizations to take urgent action to hold those involved in such heinous criminal acts accountable, in addition, we urge the public and legal authorities to prosecute the "Generals of Port Sudan," and the leaders of the terrorist Islamic Movement organization.

We affirm our forces' unwavering commitment to fighting in defense of our nation as well as the right to freedom and dignity, until the group of murderers and terrorists is overthrown, and the power of independent national decision-making is restored.

نفّذت طائرات مسيّرة انطلقت من قاعدة خارجية، اليوم الأربعاء، ضربات جوية استهدفت مناطق مأهولة في مدينتي زالنجي وكبكابية بإقليم دارفور.

أسفرت هذه الهجمات عن سقوط عشرات الضحايا المدنيين العُزّل، من بينهم نساء وأطفال، جراء العدوان الآثم الذي شنّه جيش الحركة الإسلامية الإرهابية بدعمٍ من جهاتٍ نَعْرفُها ونرصد تزايد تدخلاتها السافرة في حملات الإبادة المنهجية ضد مجتمعات محددة في السودان.

ندعو المنظمات الحقوقية والدول التي طالبتنا مراراً بالجنوح إلى السلم لتحمل مسؤولياتها الأخلاقية إزاء الانتهاكات المستمرة بحق المدنيين في مناطقٍ لا تواجدَ لقواتنا فيها. ونؤكد أن قواتنا قادرة على الردِّ في الزمان والمكان المناسبين لحماية المدنيين وصون الأمن.

MEDIA STATEMENT

Today, Wednesday, a number of airstrikes targeted civilian populated areas in the cities of "Zalingei" and "Kabkabiya," in the region of Darfur. The airstrikes were carried out by drones launched from a foreign base.

The aforementioned attacks claimed the lives of dozens of unarmed civilians, furthermore, amongst the casualties, were women and children, all in consequence to the heinous aggression perpetrated by the Army of the terrorist Islamic Movement, as the latter is supported by parties we are aware of, and whose escalating blatant interference in carrying out systematic campaigns of genocide against specific communities in Sudan, is, in addition, a matter we are monitoring.

We call upon human rights organizations and the countries that have repeatedly urged us to pursue peace to assume their moral responsibilities regarding the intransigently incessant horrific violations against civilians in areas where our forces have no presence. We affirm that its well within our forces' capabilities to respond -at the appropriate time and place, in an effort to protect civilians and maintain security.

بيان بشأن الهدنة الإنسانية برعاية دول الرباعية

تلبية لتطلعات ومصالح الشعب السوداني، تؤكد قوات الدعم السريع موافقتها على الدخول في الهدنة الإنسانية المطروحة من قبل دول الرباعية (الولايات المتحدة الامريكية، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، المملكة العربية السعودية وجمهورية مصر العربية) وذلك لضمان معالجة الآثار الإنسانية الكارثية الناجمة عن الحرب وتعزيز حماية المدنيين، من خلال استكمال بنود الاتفاق على الهدنة الانسانية لإدخال المساعدات الانسانية وبصورة عاجلة لجميع الشعب السوداني.

كما تتطلع قوات الدعم السريع إلى تطبيق الاتفاق والشروع مباشرةً في مناقشة ترتيبات وقف العدائيات، والمبادئ الأساسية الحاكمة للمسار السياسي في السودان، بما يفضي إلى معالجة الأسباب الجذرية للحروب وإنهاء معاناة الشعوب السودانية وتهيئة البيئة الملائمة لسلامٍ عادلٍ وشاملٍ ودائم من خلال إلتزام الأطراف به.

وتعرب قوات الدعم السريع عن عميق شكرها وامتنانها للجهود الصادقة والمكثفة المبذولة من قبل دول الرباعية بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية من أجل التوصل إلى هدنة إنسانية ووقف هذه الحرب المدمرة الدائرة في السودان.

Statement on the Humanitarian Truce Sponsored by the Quad Countries

In response to the aspirations and interests of the Sudanese people, the Rapid Support Forces affirms its agreement to enter into the humanitarian truce proposed by the Quad countries (the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Arab Republic of Egypt), in order to address the catastrophic humanitarian consequences of the war and to enhance the protection of civilians, through the completion of the provisions of the humanitarian truce agreement to ensure the urgent delivery of humanitarian assistance to all Sudanese people.

The Rapid Support Forces also looks forward to implementing the agreement and immediately commencing discussions on the arrangements for a cessation of hostilities and the fundamental principles guiding the political process in Sudan, in a manner that addresses the root causes of the conflicts, ends the suffering of the Sudanese people, and creates the appropriate environment for a just, comprehensive, and lasting peace through the full commitment of all parties involved.

The Rapid Support Forces expresses its deep gratitude and appreciation for the sincere and intensive efforts exerted by the Quad countries, led by the United States of America, to reach a humanitarian truce and to stop this devastating war ongoing in Sudan.
