We would like to deliver an apology regarding of what happened during one of our admin's shift, Hugo whom take times at September 8th 10:42 AM GMT+7.

We apologize for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism we have caused, it was due to an inevitable errors on our side that caused massive pending on our system, both the bot and the account used to deliver the menfess. We resort to the last option, which is closing the shift right after the opening banners are posted, leaving many menfess unsent.

The admin that were involved (Hugo) already express his apology towards everyone whose menfess left unsent personally in the bot, everyone whose menfess has not yet been sent to the base has already been informed of what is happening, we make sure that no one is left in the dark regarding this matter.

After this, we will thoroughly check our preparation, starting from the bot's response time, account condition, and internet stability. We will do everything we can to minimize any issues during shift hours, so that the same incident does not happen again.
