1. Download the file follow by your phone version "WW(WW/EU/RU)" "CN(CHINA ONLY)"
2. Backup your data before updating to avoid data loss
3. Put the download file to root of your internal storage
4. Reboot your phone, and update pop-up will appear, click it
5. Wait... And after 100% another pop-up will appear say update now or later click update now
6. Device is rebooting
7. Done enjoy your A12
