Would you send it to your mother or vise versa? Would you mind your adult children seeing it? Be reasonable.

Pornographic material does not belong here. If genitals are showing, there had better be a good reason. If it is something that needs to be preserved for future generations, that might be reasonable.

The Japanese girl after the atomic bombs is a clear example. The Podesta "art" is a less clear example, but photographs of the same content would not be allowed. Not because of censorship, but because the government might come down on all of us. Those things belong in archives on the darkweb if you are brave enough and have the mental fortitude to preserve such incriminating evidence.

Keep in mind, this is a meme channel. It is not an archive. It's primary purpose (from what I have seen) was to mock the government and other powerful movers and shakers in the world to make them look foolish and irrelevant.

This is my take on it anyway. Others my see things differently. I think this is kind of what we came to after that one incident.
