Dear Persian leaders
The American people do not want to die for Israel. Please see the above map indicating cancerous blights corrupted by Mossad agents. These towns need an enema. Some of the others are bad, but we can handle those once the worst of it has been neutralized.
I am sure your intelligence includes the locations of D.U.M.B.s and many of their entrance points. Use your best judgement there. Most of our military personnel are not a part of these hell holes. Please leave reasonable military infrastructure intact. We have many peaceful veterans who can run the above board facilities.
The weather modification weapons are fair game. The weather modification pilots are heartlessly poisoning their own children in military planes with transponders turned off.
We will need assistance in building decentralised thorium reactors in the aftermath, as our own nuclear scientist have little to no understanding of such things. We can work out a legitimate value exchange when that time comes.
