I found a paid position for DVE agents who wish to serve as the infiltrators.
Break the system from the inside out.

How do people still have confidence in the “justice” system?
At least these were caught and there is some kind of punishment. Some money for lost opportunity cost is fine, but they deserve four years for every year their victims received.

Disbarred judges in kids-for-cash scandal ordered to pay victims over $200 million in damages
Two former Pennsylvania judges have been ordered to pay $200 million dollars in damages to hundreds of victims whom they sent to for-profit jails in exchange for various kickbacks.
The judges, Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan, accepted 2.8 million dollars in illegal payments from a co-owner of the two for-profit jail facilities they would sentence juveniles into.
From 2003 to 2008, these two judges sent 2,300 children to these facilities in exchange for illegal bribes. The youngest child was just 8 years old. Mark Ciavarella is serving a 28 year sentence in prison and Michael Conahan was released into home confinement in 2020 because of the coronavirus.
