Edit: rioters should also avoid Kansas, North Carolina, Alaska, northern parts of California and New York, and any parts of virginia outside of the metromess.

Colorado, New Mexico and rural Nevada are potentially dangerous as well.

Also avoid the Korean and Jewish communities.
