The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine today, Monday, condemns the attacks by the [Palestinian] Authority's security forces on the gathering to receive the liberated prisoner, Suhaib Shtayyeh, in Nablus, which were preceded by similar attacks.
These attacks harm the national relationships that our people and fighters have always relied on in facing the occupation and the zionist crimes. These are violations of the values and norms embodied by the contemporary Palestinian revolution in managing national relationships.
These condemnable practices constitute a tool for fostering and cultivating imaginary hostilities, instead of focusing on the central enemy of our people who targets Palestinian existence and identity. These practices are contrary to the conventions that regulated the work of the Freedom Committee and the Community Reconciliation Committee, as stated in the decisions of the national dialogue rounds and their outputs.
We call on the [PA] security forces to stop these attacks, and the Palestinian judiciary to pursue and hold those responsible accountable.

The occupation entity continues to hold paralyzed female prisoner Fatima Shaheen from Dheisheh Camp in the male criminal section of the “Ramle” prison despite her deteriorating health condition and need for immediate medical help.
Female prisoner Itaf Jaradat, the mother of three prisoners, was transferred from "Damon" to "Ramle" prison to assist the paralyzed Fatima. They are forcibly being held in the male section of the so-called "Ramle medical clinic." This deliberate violation of cultural and religious beliefs of the two women is yet another crime of the occupation authority.
Fatima was wounded by IOF bullets on April 17th, 2023 at the colonial “Etzion” checkpoint under the false pretense that she was attempting to a stabbing operation. She was shot four times, including her spine, which caused her to become paralyzed.
Fatima, who is a mother to a four-year-old child, also suffers from injuries to her leg and shoulder. Her brother stated that the family is extremely worried due to the extent of the neglect that Fatima is being put through in the occupation prisons. The family has only been able to speak with her for five minutes via a video call since her abduction.

The Palestinian Authority continues to hold at least seven university students under the pretext of the students' political activity amid an ongoing campaign of political abductions.
The traitorous Palestinian Authority's "Preventative Security" Services kidnapped students at Birzeit and Al-Najah universities following the Islamic Bloc's recent victories in the student elections at both schools. At Birzeit, they kidnapped Baraa Owais and Rashid Daraghmeh.
